Transfer data is not logged when client session is interruped

Bug Description

Binary package hint: rsync

If a client starts a transfer and interrupts it (e.g. CTRL-C) the size of the partial transfer size should be logged (there was an effective transfer of data), right now only the interruption error is logged.
