In Kubuntu, missing dependency on kscreensaver-xsavers

Bug Description

The config files (e.g. /usr/share/applnk/System/ScreenSavers/busyspheres.desktop) for the GL screensaves include entries like:
    Exec=kxsrun busyspheres -- --root

kxsrun is in package kscreensaver-xsavers, and is not a dependency for rss-glx.

Thus, the screensaver cannot be run or configured until this package is installed

Unfortunately, rss-glx is a non-DM specific set of screen savers, so we cant really make kscreensaver-xsavers a dependancy (a kde package, and associated dependancies)

We cant make kscreensaver-xsavers a dependancy of kubuntu-desktop, as it includes xscreensaver-data, which is considered equally as bad.

It should have a recommends though

How about separate packages: rss-glx-kde and rss-glx-gnome, that capture the right dependencies?
