The trace shows that this bug occurs when the main loop returns.

The code in driver.cpp looks fine at first glance.

When I quit on my machine it is fine. I cannot see any glaring differences apart from fglrx and i386.

Can someone using fglrx and i386 confirm that cyclone crashes on quitting?

Yes, for me crash when return to show the screen (on quitting). See related screensaver (same behaviour)

Does running "/usr/lib/xscreensaver/cyclone" from a terminal and hitting "q" to quit give the same crash?

Sorry, Now, I use Mesa and Ubuntu 9.04

$ glxinfo | grep vendor
server glx vendor string: SGI
client glx vendor string: SGI
OpenGL vendor string: Mesa Project

$ cat /etc/issue
Ubuntu jaunty (development branch) \n \l

The screensaver doesn't crash. But if I change to fglrx, maybe.

But fglrx corrupts my system (xorg.conf, glxinfo errors and other packages), I dont try it again because my system works fine at the moment.
