Bug Description

Binary package hint: rsbac-admin

Hi,

rsbac-admin FTBFS in amd64, because it's installing some libraries in /usr/lib64 insteld of /usr/lib:
Installing RSBAC libraries...

make[2]: Entering directory `/build/buildd/rsbac-admin-1.4.0-repack/main/libs'

  INSTALL librsbac.la
libtool: install: warning: remember to run `libtool --finish /usr/lib64'
  LIBTOOL librsbac.la

# Move critical libraries to /lib
mv /build/buildd/rsbac-admin-1.4.0-repack/debian/tmp/usr/lib/librsbac*.so* /build/buildd/rsbac-admin-1.4.0-repack/debian/tmp/lib
mv: cannot stat `/build/buildd/rsbac-admin-1.4.0-repack/debian/tmp/usr/lib/librsbac*.so*': No such file or directory
make: *** [install-arch] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: failure: /usr/bin/fakeroot debian/rules binary-arch gave error exit status 2

We only have to always install libraries in /usr/lib in debian/rules
