Sync version 1.7.2-3 from Debian

Version 1.7.2-3 was released in Debian and it contains the fix addressed by our delta [1], so this package should become a sync now.

I built version 1.7.2-3 in focal and it went fine in all architectures [2].

rrdtool (1.7.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium
