Thank you for your time. I can't see where it depends, recommends or suggests python3 in Focal, but it does have "Suggests: [...] python [...] rpm2html".

```
$ apt info rpm
Package: rpm
Version: 4.14.2.1+dfsg1-1build2
[...]
Suggests: alien, python, elfutils, rpmlint, rpm2html, rpm-i18n
Indeed, "python" and "rpm2html" are currently listed among the suggested packages for rpm 4.14.2.1+dfsg1-1build2 (https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/rpm). However, python3 is suggested by rpm 4.14.2.1+dfsg1-1.1 (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=938410), so that part has been fixed although the package is too new to have been synced to Ubuntu Focal. Will likely be automatically synced once the new development cycle starts.
Regardless, rpm2html is still suggested, even in the newest Debian version (https://packages.debian.org/unstable/rpm).
