Please sync rplay 3.3.2-11.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Bug Description

The latest Ubuntu change was an rebuild with suffix "ubuntu1" and not "build1", so it didn't sync auto.

rplay (3.3.2-11.1) unstable; urgency=low

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Added LSB formatted dependency info in init.d script (closes: #468571)
