Heh, I was (finally!) going to write in the justification that this was in support of the Pi 5, but it's not *strictly* required for the release. The new upstream version adds the ability to build secure-boot images for the CM4 and (eventually) the Pi 5 but the latter's firmware isn't finalized yet and given this isn't required for boot, I'm going to punt it to 24.04, so I'll remove the FFe tag for now.
