Please sync routes 2.5.1-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * d/p/uniccode-error-docs.patch: Fix unicode error in
    docs conf.

The issue was addressed in Debian in 2.5.1-3 with the patch
d/p/fix-doc-build.patch.

2.5.1-3 was uploaded to Debian almost two years ago.
Does this sync currently build in Oracular?
