Explanation:
The symbolic link "/var/lib/roundcube/config/db.inc.php" is a broken one to "/etc/roundcube/db.inc.php" that not exists.

Even copying "/etc/roundcube/debian-db.php" to "/etc/roundcube/db.inc.php" and reloading/restarting apache2 the problem remains.
