Provide a non-beta version of roundcube-core

The current version of roundcube-core for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is 1.2~beta+dfsg.1-0ubuntu1

The current version on github is 1.2.3
https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/tree/1.2.3

Could we have a non-beta release, please?

That 1.2~beta has several bugs fixed by 1.2.1
