rosegarden should depend on ibus

Bug Description
Without ibus installed, rosegarden will crash when you try to open "MIDI devices" or "Preferences" dialog. From the console it show "Bus::open: Can not get ibus-daemon's address.". Installing ibus fix the problem
This bug appeared on a fresh installation of kubuntu 14.10

Ubuntu 14.10 reached end of life on July 23, 2015. I think we can close this one. If you are still having trouble with rosegarden, please open a new bug report.
