Rocs does not have a menu icon

Bug Description

The menu entry does not contain an icon. The rocs.desktop file specifies "Icon=Rocs", but that file doesn't seem to exist.

I have communicated with the Rocs developer, and they actually have not found anyone to design the launcher icon yet. I am willing to help the developer with this, since I have some experience with Inkscape.

This bug is closed by upstream (the icon is committed into Rocs repo).

ought to be fixed as 13.10 contains /usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/rocs.png
