1.3: i18n definitions 404ing

Bug Description

It would appear, from running `sudo rkhunter --update`, that the i18n definitions aren't available as they fail to download. The reason, I think, is that http://rkhunter.sourceforge.net/1.3/i18n/1.3.8/i18n.ver now 404s. 1.3.8-10 is the rkhunter package released with Precise LTS. One workaround is to use Trusty, but that's not always feasible.

I don't think this is a temporary problem given that it's 404d for about ten days now.

Updates were disabled entirely in rkhunter 1.4.4-2 so this bug is fixed as of Ubuntu 18.04.
