ristretto ignores cr2 files

Ristretto does not show canon .cr2 files, neither on 16.04.4 nor on 18.04.

For 16.04:

I consider that this is a bug since it should be working since a 2012 commit (reference : https://blog.xfce.org/2012/03/raw-files-with-ristretto/)

It works in 18.10 (dev release), so it was either fixed in version 0.8.3 or in some library which is used by Ristretto.

Broken in 19.04 again.

Went back to 18.10 and installed libmagic1 from bionic and disco. Both these versions break the loading of the example CR2 file.

Due to a now fixed bug in libmagic [1] the file is identified as TIFF image data in 18.10, and therefore Ristretto is allowed to load it. An exception [2] was added to the Ristretto code.
