In reading below I see that the standard RipperX download should install Vorbis-tools.  I will have to check this tonight and see if it is in the encoder options and works.  I was not able to get RipperX to work until I installed Lame or GoGo, which are encoder options for RipperX.

How do I get the package information below?

You can clearly see that vorbis-tools is in the dependencies, and
attempting to install:
