rhythmbox crashed with SIGILL in execute()

I started Rhythmbox, but couldn't click any button (e.g. U1 Mustic Store). The application was kind of frozen.

Also having some strange flash bug where only no youtube videos other than one specific will play, the rest display blank screens and I'm not really understanding why that one video will play but none of the others will.

FWIW this crash looks like a JIT javascript problem like in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openjdk-7/+bug/957473

There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running apport-collect <bug #> and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
