Rhythmbox 2.90.1 doesn't fetch album information

Bug Description

Rhythmbox 2.90.1 doesn't fetch album information, looks like it doesn't even try.

I also checked with tcpdump and rhythmbox doesn't even send any request to Musicbrainz like Banshee does.
You really should fix this, apparently this has been ongoing for awhile.

This is likely the same issue as seen here or closely related,
bug 815585
Note that RB no longer builds with musicbrainz support even though it build-deps to it. (libmusicbrainz3-dev
Support is disabled during the configure, check any recent LP build log.
