Rhythmbox under-rates newly-added songs

Bug Description

If I add a new song to Rhythmbox, it's initial rating is 3 (out of 5). If I
close Rhythmbox immediately after inserting the new song, and re-open it, the
rating for this song is now 2.

I'm sure this bug wasn't in Fedora's Rhythmbox, but I saw a similar bug in
Mandrake's Rhythmbox too.
