Bug Description
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Rhythmbox
2. Go to Edit->Plugins
3. In the grid to the left click the "Enabled" column header
What happens:
All plugins get enabled. Click it once again and they're all disabled
What should happen:
Rhythmbox should sort the plugin list according to whether they're enabled or not.

I have looked into the rhythmbox source code.
This behavior is explicitly by design. We must talk with developers to understand their motives, and, may be, try to persuade to change this.
