Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

The line from top.
 1760 mic 20 0 2212m 41m 13m S 5.0 2.1 50:28.31 rhythmbox
This is after one day of listening. With every new song the amount of allocated virtual memory grows by approx. 8mb.
Rhythmbox probably allocate something and do not use it, because when I kill it, nothing from swap is released.

The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME) too

there is no obvioys leak issue in this log, it should probably be sent to the software writters on bugzilla though they know their code better

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. A new version of Rhythmbox is available on Maverick and we are wondering if this bug is still an issue for you with that version? Could you please test and comment back? Thanks in advance.
