Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I set the key song_position_slider_hidden to "true" in gconf and it works (the slider is removed from the interface), but that key seems to be ignored on startup and I need to disable and enable it again to get rid of the slider every time.

I think it might be the same problem that was already reported in Debian and Bugzilla ( https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=344595 ), but that time it was never confirmed and I don't have a Bugzilla account anyways.
