If you are using Ubuntu with the Gnome desktop environment - launch nautilus and navigate to your /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report you wish to submit.

My crash directory is empty. However Rhythmbox will not stay open more than
a few seconds and the syslog shows the segfault.

How should I proceed to report the issue?
