preset radio stations don't work

the following preset radio stations don't work:

HBR1.com - Dream Factory
HBR1.com - I.D.M. Tranceponder
HBR1.com - Tronic Lounge

* Do you get the issue every time?
* Do you get any error or warning display? What doesn't work correctly and in which way?
* What ubuntu version do you use?

Yes I get the issue every time.

I use Ubuntu 8.10.

It does not work because 'ubuntu.hbr1.com' is not found.

and Virgin Classic Rock has been renamed to Absolute Classic Rock radio station with a different address.

Ok, new info. Ubuntu 8.04
I am checking some questions in answers, and here are some examples:

http://server00.streaming-pro.com/castcontrol/castcontrol/playlist.php?id=6&type=pls
http://server00.streaming-pro.com/castcontrol/castcontrol/playlist.php?id=7&type=asx

The above works in VLC.

And, this:
http://audio.grupolatinoderadio.com/envivo.ASX?EMI=COACTIVA&T=15

Don't work, I think that maybe there is a problem with codecs. I have installed:
gstreamer0.10-plugins-base - GStreamer plugins from the "base" set

Mmm, I try a new method for the third URL.. I read de ASX and use the URL:
mms://66.175.96.9/coractiva

And works!!!

But, looking for the another, there is no solution

Julian, the radio stations that you are talking about are not preset in Ubuntu 8.10

This bug is only about preset radio stations that do not work in Ubuntu.
