"Install additional software" button does nothing

Bug Description

I imported some m4a files, which by default can't be played. Rhythmbox gives me a button "Install Additional Software" to install the required codecs. Clicking this button does nothing.

note: I apt installed gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad after trying the button, but before doing ubuntu-bug, hence it showing up in the GstreamerVersions.txt file.
