Bug Description

If the gnome-panel is restarted (ie. killall -HUP gnome-panel) while Rhythmbox
is running, the Pause, Previous, and Next controls on the Rhythmbox notification
icon will not work. Show Window will still work. All controls will work again
when Rhythmbox is restarted. I'm running the current Rhythmbox 0.8.8 on Hoary.
