Bug Description
When trying to set the "preferred format" in the Music tab under Rhythmbox Preferences, a dialog box pops up:
Required plugin could not be found
Rhythmbox requires to install plugins to create media files of the following type: ID3 tag muxer.
I would expect that the plugin could be installed. I pointed rhythmbox to my music folder, which contains a large number of mp3/4 copied over from iTunes (mac).
I think this could be related to this bug: https:/
I attached an edited debug file, which I generated with the command: rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt
