[Trusty] Auto-download dialog does not find current mp3 plugins

Bug Description
After a fresh install, adding any source that is in mp3 encoding, the dialog that offers to download the plugin will fail to find it. Manually installing gstreamer1.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop ISO of the development release - Trusty Tahr. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. I have tried it in the current Trusty and I cannot reproduce it, the plugins are downloaded correctly.
