To reproduce:
1) Add a podcast or two
2) Delete these podcasts by right-clicking on it in the "Podcasts" view. Watch it go away.
3) Click the "Update" button. Watch all your dead zombie podcasts come back (and start downloading!)
I find it really hard to believe that this is actually happening to me and not to anyone else, but... that's what happens.
