Files are not selectable, hence not playable

In recent Hoary, rhythmbox cannot play any files. The files are simply not

I have tried with .ogg and .mp3 files.

ok, that's the options to import a directory. BTW the title of the
window is wrong or it should allow to open files too,

This upload fixes the issue:

     - fix some issue with the automatic playlist conditions (Ubuntu: #1930).
     - fix for non-UTF-8 filenames (Ubuntu: #2716).
