Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox-ubuntuone-music-store

The text in the Ubuntu One music store is just a bit too small, which makes it difficult to use for older people such as myself. The text in the store is is 8 pixels high compared to the text in the rest of Rhythmbox which is 10 pixels high. My expectation is that the text should be as least as large as in the rest of the Rhythmbox application. This is particularly important since there are larger amounts of text in the store than the rest of the application.

We should support the ctrl+mousewheel shortcut for enlarging/shrinking text in the music store, as web browsers do.

Thanks for raising this issue.

The music store is a website displayed within Rhythmbox, and it uses the standard font size, which provides good balance between aesthetics and readability for most users. However, users with impaired vision should ideally be able to use the same array of options as they do when browsing the web (like ctrl + key combination to enlarge the page). We are currently investigating all the possible solutions to this problem, so please stay tuned :)

ctrl+mousewheel is likely too obscure for most users and is non-discoverable. I recommend text links somewhere at the top of the page to change the text size. These links should change the active stylesheet when clicked.

See the top of the page at http://www.postgresql.org/ for an example.
