Cancelling paypal doesn't return to store

Link appears to return me, when buying from the UK store, to
http://www.7digital.com:2443/stores/7_1/user/choosecard.aspx?token=(tokendeleted)
which doesn't even work -- there is no web server running on port 2443
at 7digital. Upstream problem, assigning to matt.
