Bug Description
This bug is rather strange but a long standing one for me.
When playing an Ogg file, the rb-applet show the time count but doesn't display any rating (0 star) and the tooltip says : "Not playing" (altough RB is obviously playing and the time counter is working !)
This happens for most of my Ogg files but I remember that, very rarely, one ogg file works !
Also, MP3 are generally working but, very rarely, it happens that a MP3 file suffers from the same bug.
It's not related to a specific file because I've once tried to replay a "working ogg" and it wasn't working anymore.
Note that RB gdesklets applets are working perfectly. Thus, it doesn't seem to be a RB issue.

this bug seems solved in the new version know as "Music Applet" and not packaged in Ubuntu.
