default english keyboard layot in FEISTY BETA

Bug Description

After installation of FEISTY BETA with german keyboard layout i had english layout by default.

I think, the german keyboard layout was replaced with an english one after the installation of ati proprietary driver with the restricted driver manager.

Confirmed. I have a US Keyboard layout and it was not working properly after Feisty-beta installation. Some keys became totally dead, on occasion, and it was difficult to get them working w/o C-A-B. Both SHIFT keys caused the Scroll Lock indicator to lock ...and the Scroll Lock button does not work. /etc/X11/xorg.conf contains "Option "105" for the number of keys. Replacing that w/the Dapper xorg.conf file (102 keys) made no difference to this problem.
