gutsy: restricted-manager crashed with IndexError in enable()

After installing a new NVIDIA graphics card, restricted-manager needed to uninstall nvidia-glx-legacy and install nvidia-glx. This appeared to succeed and I closed the popup window, at which point this crash occurred.
