This could be in relation to my using OpenNIC DNS's. The upgrade didn't change this, so I can still access OpenNIC domains & my freespeech.free site, so all seems well.

Submitter: To fix the problem please do the following in a terminal:
  sudo chattr -i /etc/resolv.conf
  sudo dpkg --configure -a
