Bug Description

My upgrade from Ubuntu 14.04 to 15.10 hanged and I had to hard reset the computer. After reboot I count't even get the GUI starting, but after some Googling I did "sudo dpkg --configure -a" that seemed to resolv most things. This issue still occur though.
