Bug Description

Build log here: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/609961473/buildlog_ubuntu-kinetic-amd64.reprotest_0.7.20_BUILDING.txt.gz

The package hardcodes `envlist = py39` in tox.ini, forcing python3.9 to be used. This fails when python3.10 is the default version installed. It would be better to dynamically decide the python version in debian/rules instead of hardcoding this in tox.ini.

This bug was fixed in the package reprotest - 0.7.20ubuntu1

reprotest (0.7.20ubuntu1) kinetic; urgency=medium

  * Dynamically tox environment in debian/rules instead of doing so statically
    in tox.ini (LP: #1981624).
