home button on arale stays active when screen is locked

when locking the screen on arale the home button stays fully active (when the screen times out as well) ... this is massively annoying, i often press that button by accident after locking the screen and when waking up the device it opens on the first scope instead of the app that was open when i locked it (or when it timed out)

It seems to be inconsistent in that it is not always enabled even immediately after hitting power. Other times touching it much later wakes the device, so it seems to be an input state we get into.

It stays on for around 3-5 secs while the device suspends

repowerd targeting OTA13...it's in rc-proposed image as of this morning, but has some hiccups we're trying to cure

This bug has become a big problem for me.

The home button also serves to wake the phone up and show the lock screen.
I prefer to have the notification drawer available when the device is locked but due to this bug the phone wakes up in my pocket.

Then some of the following things randomly happen:
- The phone tries to unlock, gets the wrong pin a couple of times and I get locked out for 5 minutes.
- Some random stuff in the notification drawer gets changed, often sound is muted or the phone is set to airplane mode.
- The phone tries to use the emergency call function, which has failed so far due to incorrect number or because I have noticed it in time, quite nasty anyway.

I consider each and every one of these problems quite severe and the bug effectively removes or at least cripples the lock screen function and makes it unreliable.

This often happens when I have the phone in the pocket with the screen against my leg, which is the way I prefer to carry it as the screen is then protected against corners of tables and stuff like that.
