Bug Description
Reportbug apparently eats my bug reports and sends the digested remains into /dev/null. Or perhaps it sends them to a high-traffic mailing list where nobody wants to see bug reports? Not sure. Anyway reportbug should be fixed to connect to Launchpad, of course, but until that day, reportbug ought to be removed from Ubuntu.
