Hi,

The reportbug manpage states

       -B SYSTEM, --bts=SYSTEM
              Instead of the Debian bug server (or the bug server specified in
              /etc/reportbug.conf, use the server specified by SYSTEM. You
              can specify help to get a list of supported servers.

I think that it should state that Ubuntu ships a change in the default
/etc/reportbug.conf, e.g.

       -B SYSTEM, --bts=SYSTEM
              Instead of the Debian bug server (or the bug server specified in
              /etc/reportbug.conf (ubuntu on Ubuntu systems), use the server
              specified by SYSTEM. You can specify help to get a list of supported
              servers.

It does state where the report is going when you start reportbug, but that might
be missed.

I've included the fix for this in the debdiff for bug 114917.

I removed the fix for this bug from the debdiff for 114917 because the fix for this bug was incomplete. At the start of the man page it also mentions sending to Debian by default. Please resubmit with a complete fix.
