The scroll issue is some other bug in Remmina.
This can be checked in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/remmina/+bug/952964.

For the people having the clipboard issue.
Is the clipboard working for VNC connections?

I'm working on a patch to implement Clipboard support in Remmina.
