Upgrade to Remmina 1.2

Remmina 1.1 series it's old dated and the new series is 1.2, so this version should be released for Ubuntu 16.10.

17.04 has been released now, and artful is the current development release, so I took the liberty of removing the Ubuntu version from the title. Also note that this package seems to include some Ubuntu-specific patches so it might need to be merged when a newer version appears in Debian (though it doesn't seem that they have upgraded to 1.2 either so far).
