Can't launch Connection Profile Manager if already Remoting

This bug is easy to reproduce.

1) Launch remmina, and remote into another computer.
2) Close the Connection Profile Manager (the window that lists all your connection profiles)
3) Try to launch the Connection Profile Manager. It won't launch.

In Unity, if you close the Profile manager, you cannot launch it again until you first exit all your remote sessions. Instead, you should be able to open or close the profile manager regardless of whether you have remote sessions running or not. As is, if you accidentally close it, you must kill all your remote sessions before you can launch it again.
