Can't connect to vnc with seruity type TLSVnc

Bug Description

In prior releases, remmina can connect to VNC sessions run with TLSVnc security type. With 12.10 (clean install, not an in place update) it errors with, "Unknown authentication scheme from VNC server: 19"

The VNC session in question was started with this line:
vncserver -geometry 1440x864 -securitytypes=TLSVnc -rfbport=6901
