Bug Description

My primary concern is PPwizard crashes in much the same way as the example script. The sample script is included in the regina-rexx package so it should be easy to confirm.

This problem surfaced after upgrade to 12.04 from 11.10.

dan@boss2:~$ lsb_release -r
Release: 12.04

dan@boss2:~$ apt-cache policy regina-rexx
regina-rexx:
  Installed: 3.5-4
  Candidate: 3.5-4
  Version table:
 *** 3.5-4 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/universe i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I'm not sure what the output from the example should be.

Here's the output from the sample script.
dan@boss2:~$ regina /usr/share/doc/regina-rexx/examples/gci-try.rexx

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1010172/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

I have downloaded the newest regina source, compiled and installed it which fixed the problem. I can only assume the bug has been fixed in the newer regina ver 3.6.

Regina Source download
http://iweb.dl.sourceforge.net/project/regina-rexx/regina-rexx/3.6/Regina-REXX-3.6.tar.gz

Of course I've uninstalled the regina-rexx and libregina3 packages prior to installing the 3.6 version.
dan@technonerd:~$ apt-cache policy regina-rexx

dan@technonerd:~$ regina -v

I will not try to identify the problem any further.
