Bug Description
Hello
A USB key to install ubuntu 19.04 has been created.
The first decision is to install REFIND in the ESP boot partition.
As the computer is not very standard with the EFI, REFIND had to be duplicated in the EFI/BOOT structure then in the EFI/Microsoft/Boot structure
Then UBUNTU was successfully installed with the ubiquity -b command
Here is the description of the partitions containing the UBUNTU done by boot-info
sda1: _______
File system: vfat
Boot sector type: FAT32
Boot sector info: No errors found in the Boot Parameter Block.
Operating System:
Boot files: /EFI/ubuntu/
sda2: _______
File system: ext4
Boot sector type: -
Boot sector info:

Boot files: /etc/fstab

4.757804871 = 5.108654080 initrd.img.old 3
During the reboot, refind proposes icons for the boot files contained in the partition SDA1 but forgets to propose VMLINUZ-5.0.0-13
It seems to me abnormal.
