referencer has insufficient dependencies

Binary package hint: referencer

Referencer should depend on librsvg2-common and and desktop-file-utils in order to work also in kubuntu 9.04. librsvg2-common is required since the application uses svg images as icons and desktop-file-utils is required in order to open files from inside referencer using the Open... choice in the pop-up menus.

Expected to happen: Installing referencer via aptitude pulls in all packages required for the application to work without giving exceptions

What actually happened: Application gives exceptions on startup (if librsvg2-common not installed) and on trying to open the article file from inside referencer via the pop-up menu (if desktop-file-utils is not installed)
