geoclue related crash on redshift-gtk statup

Bug Description

OS: Kubuntu 18.10 amd64
redshift-gtk package version: 1.12-2

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. $ redshift-gtk
    2. Once the "Allow 'Redshift' to access your location information?" notification pops up, wait 5 seconds.

Expected behavior:
    The location permission notification stays on screen.

Actual behavior:
   The notification fades away, and a redshift-gtk error message pops up. Iv'e attached a screenshot of the error message to the bottom of the post.

Workaround:
    Press the yes button on the permission notification immediately.
