Bug Description
Redshift 1.10 from debian sid doesn't have this problem, so should be backported

I don't have 15.10 so I can't check. I only guarantee that 1.9 do not autostart, but 1.10 does. I think it's system independent, problem was in redshift's method of obtaining coordinates

Also redshift translations were not updated for a long time on projects github, so they should be grabbe directly from launchpad
